When I order my number will I have it connected on the same day?
If the order is placed during normal working hours Monday to Friday we aim to connect
the number within the hour. The exception is local numbers. Please see question
below
How long does it take to get a local number?
From the time of ordering it is usually connected within 24 hours
Can I have my destination number changed and how much does it cost?
We are happy to change your destination number for you between the hours of Monday
– Friday 9.00am – 5.30pm. To repoint a number please go to the
"Repoint my number" form. There is a small administration fee of £5.00 +
VAT which is added to the next monthly invoice.
If I wish to add a feature at a later date is this possible?
You can request to add a feature at any time to your number by emailing us or calling
us.
Can I pay my bill by credit card?
Yes you can. You can also pay by debit card or direct debit.
If I sell my business can the new owner take over the number?
Yes. If this is the agreement between yourselves and the new owner with your permission
in writing to us we will transfer the number.
Is there a 12 month minimum contract period?
No. If you no longer require the number you just need to email us (giving us 30
days notice) and request the number to be cancelled. We then disconnect the number
and send you a final invoice. Upon receipt of payment your account is officially
closed.
I don't have a landline number and I don’t want to pay mobile charges, is there
any other option such as Skype or VOIP?
Yes, you can always have the calls pointed to a Skype or VOIP number which will
cost the same as if you had a landline number.
